Blueberry Pancake

Ingredients: – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2 tablespoons sugar – 1 tablespoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup milk – 1 large egg – 2 tablespoons melted butter – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup fresh blueberrie

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

1. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are okay. 2. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
