Honey Garlic Shrimp Recipe

– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 4 cloves garlic, minced – 1/4 cup honey – 2 tablespoons soy sauce – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – Salt and pepper to taste – Red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat) – Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

1. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

1. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. 2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if using. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
