These creamy gochujang noodles are the perfect thing to make when you haven’t got a huge amount of time (they’re ready in 10 minutes!).
Ingredient – 100g noodles (dry weight), cooked – 2 tbsp vegetable/sunflower oil – 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped – 1 spring onion, finely chopped – 3/4 tsp chilli flake – 1 tbsp light soy – 1/2 tbsp dark soy – 1 tbsp white wine vinegar – 1 tbsp tahini – 1 tbsp gochujang
Method 1. Add garlic, spring onion, chilli flakes and gochujang into a medium sized bowl.

1. In a small saucepan over a high heat, heat the oil until it is sizzling hot (i.e. if you place a chopstick in, the oil will sizzle).
1. Pour the hot oil over the garlic mixture. Stir to combine.
1. Pour in the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white wine vinegar and tahini. Stir to combine.
